LicensingCustomers that
purchase Advanced Quote & Order Processing are entitled to support
and new releases of the purchased product(s) for one year from the
time of purchase of the initial product licenses. Subsequent
purchases of additional licenses of the same product fall under the
terms of the initial purchase. After one year from initial purchase,
Client may purchase annual support contracts at
20% of current list price of all Advanced Quote &
Order Processing products owned at time of maintenance renewal.
Support is subject to the terms and conditions of the Advanced Quote
& Order Processing License Agreement.
We provide a 30-day
grace period after support expiration to allow customers to purchase
an additional year of support at 20% of current list price or products owned. For
every 30 days past the initial 30-day grace period the support
percentage will increase by 10%. For example, if a customer elects
to renew support after 14 months (within 30 days past the 30 day
grace period) of owning Advanced Quote & Order Processing, the
renewal percentage will increase from 20% to 30% of current product list price. In all
cases where an additional year of support is purchased, the term of
that support will commence as of the expiration date of the original
support period. For example, an organization that purchases Advanced
Quote & Order Processing on January 1, 2005 and waits to renew
support until February 2006 will receive support through December
31, 2006; one year starting from the expiration of the original
term.
